I asked about fixing Washer as I have a banging noise when spinning, also leaving black marks on my white clothing, was told £30 call out or to ring the number in message, spoke to a wonderful gentleman whom told me it would be £300 to have it fixed and advised on a new Washing Machine. excellent company and thank you so much for your help.

Asked me to tell where and type of noise from washer, told to buy a new one. 3 days later , dishwasher stopped draining, gave him event code, told me what to do, i didn’t pot a cover back. Came out, showed me I hadn’t put part back as instructed, dishwasher worked straight away. Only changed call out. Does must electrical appliances. Definitely my go to person, honest and very knowledgeable

Really helpful company who offered free advice and guidance to try and save us having to call them out. Unfortunately we couldn't solve the problem ourselves so they came out really quickly and fixed our oven power outlet. Very professional engineer, who worked efficiently and went above and beyond.

Turned up when he said he would. Good price for repair. Job done quickly.
