Arrived a day late to complete the work. I could live with that but then couldn't get a response from him after he'd received payment. I have received no paperwork, invoice, receipt or any other evidence of a service being completed that I can pass to my insurers. No response to e-mail chasers, didn't have the paperwork 'to hand' at the point of completion.

Mark was local so came within 10 minutes and did the work straightaway. He was polite and friendly. I would highly recommend and will certainly use again if necessary.
