  Mis-diagnosed dishwasher issue

  Our initial experience was positive - they were able to attend quickly, outside regular working hours, and for a competitive rate. However, the engineer misdiagnosed the issue as an electrical fault and told us we needed a new machine. Fortunately we checked again a week later and the machine started working again - turns out it had been a blocked pump that cleared itself. £70 call out fee for poor advice, failure to carry out a straightforward repair, and nearly hundreds of pounds spent replacing a machine unnecessarily.

  Washing machine repair

  Our washer dryer had stopped working. Unfortunately the engineer wasn’t able to fix it without replacing costly parts but he was honest with us about the cost and agreed with us when we chose not to get the work done and replace the whole machine instead.

  Arranged a visit, engineer arrived on time and was very professional. Very knowledgable and was able to fix dishwasher without a spare part being required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homed Solutions and use them again.
