Nick was responsive, promptual and very knowledgeable. Nick arrived, when arranged. He quickly was able to identify the issue. He then arrange for the fix, and was clear on prices. Would highly recommend.

Nick replaced a dripping/leaking shower mixer tap in just under 30 minutes. He was very professional in explaining what he was doing and checking that i was happy with the result.
