  Homdec always do a fantastic job

  Bob and his team have done several jobs for us, they concerned a garage and now they completely remodelled a fitted out a new kitchen. They are a pleasure to have around - always professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. Peter their fantastic joiner, among many other skills gave us our dream kitchen. Would always recommend.

  Professional, reliable and helpful building firm

  Bob and his team, excellently led on site by Daniel are doing a great job with our project which is a double storey side extension at one side of house plus a single storey extension at other side of house. In reality the project has effectively been a rebuild of original house as majority of original walls had to be demolished. Bob and his team are always very helpful and work hard to ensure a high standard of finish. Bob also has some great suggestions on design. The work is around 80pc complete and thus far been more than happy and would recommend Bob and his team.

  Two double storey side extensions and front extension with porch.

  House Extension – Almost Done! We’re now in the final month of our six-month house extension, and we couldn’t be more pleased. the entire Homdec team have been great to work with—friendly, reliable, and very hardworking. Even with the summer heat, they’ve kept things moving and the quality of their work has been brilliant. It’s been a smooth experience overall, and we’re really glad we chose them. Would happily recommend!

  Two side storey extensions, single storey front extension and porch.

  Bob and his team are currently halfway through a 6-month build, which involves two two-storey side extensions (one on either side of the house), a single-storey front extension, and a porch. This is a very complicated build, but it hasn't phased Bob's team at all. I can't praise the team enough; they've been accommodating of our requests, always on time, tidy, and extremely pleasant and polite. They've genuinely put us at ease through this stressful project, and I'm so glad to have Bob and his team managing everything.

  Single Storey Wraparound Extension/Internal Alterations

  We recently had a single-storey wraparound extension completed by Homdec Construction and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations As first-time renovators, we were grateful for Bob’s guidance and honesty throughout the entire process. He was transparent, reasonably priced and always considerate. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homdec Construction and will definitely use them again for future projects.

  Knocked down internal walls, fitted padstones and steels

  Bob and his team did an amazing job for us. We had two big internal walls knocked down to make an open plan kitchen-diner, which meant fitting massive steels and padstones. They worked quickly, to a high standard and the communication throughout was great. His team are all very friendly and hardworking. He has a meticulous attention to detail and would suggest things to make the finish look even better. He was also great at telling us when it was time to contact building control to make sure we got the work signed off and our completion certificate issued
