  Roof replacement

  My ceiling started leaking a few days before Christmas due to damage in my old roof. Appreciate that Tom got back to me quickly to troubleshoot and provided me with options. Also grateful to him and his team for starting work on those few days in between Christmas and New Year and continuing immediately after the new year so that my roof was weather-proofed against the rainy days that came soon after. Throughout the job, Tom kept me updated on the progress, and did his best to explain things to me simply. I will not hesitate to hire Tom and his team again for any roof or loft-related work.

  Our three storey Victorian house needed a complete Roof repair. Tom and crew were quick to repair the roof and did a very good job replacing wood and putting in roof supports. Recommended.

  Great Quality and Cost for Roofs

  I posted my request on Check a Trade on a Sunday and got a call from Tom of Holts Roofing within minutes. I liked the speed, knowledge, politeness of Tom and the quote was reasonable. It was quoted as a two-day job. On the appointed day, Tom arrived with 3 roofers who set to work and finished replacing the whole roof that same day. Did a great job and tidied up. The final cost was £100 over the quote because over 40 asbestos tiles had been found under the first layer and had to be disposed of. I thought this was absolutely reasonable under the circumstances. I highly recommend this firm.

  Flat roof repair

  The Flat roof on my extension was repaired and an extra layer of felt was laid on top of the existing layer for extra protection what a good job at a good price I am very pleased.
