I had a number of jobs that I needed doing and Craig was able to take a look and submit a quote within a couple of days. Job has just been completed and I am delighted. Very friendly and efficient and also offered excellent advice on the best solutions. 100% recommend and will be using Craig for all future electrical jobs.

Craig came round to quote and fixed the fan with no charge. He later replaced our Smart thermostat. Knowledgeable and polite, we would use Holmes Electric again.

We had a great experience with Craig. We needed a new socket in a part of the house that wasn't well-connected, and he was able to suggest several solutions. The work was carried out professionally, quickly, and with almost no disruption to our household.

A couple of years ago, Craig installed an electric vehicle charging point for us. When it behaved oddly and wouldn’t respond to commands, I texted him on a Saturday morning, and got a reply within five minutes despite the fact that he was apparently on holiday. We solved the problem. Craig has done several jobs for us over the years from a kitchen rewire to outside lights and security lights. He’s very good to deal with, and will discuss all the possibilities before proceeding to a job, which he always does neatly, thoughtfully and promptly. Very fair pricing.

Craig installed a new cooker hood and outside security light (replacing existing units) and also replaced two power sockets. Reliable, gave good advice and very neat and tidy work.

Craig was very reliable and did a great job in installing our underfloor heating. Can’t fault the aftercare either - a minor issue with one of our thermostats was resolved promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Communication was great throughout. Highly recommend.
