    Crank shaft replaced and fitted new one

    Incredible fast turnaround and service. In the morning the car broke down, it was rowed to the garage. Diagnosed within one of as a broken drive shaft, replaced with a new one all within 2.5 hours…unbelievable and best ever service experienced in 50 years of motoring…well done and thank you team Holmer Green Service Centre (holmergreen-service centre.co.uk).

    Service and MOT on my seven year old Mazda

    Gave me a very competitive quote for the work and booked it in for the day I requested. Loaned me a courtesy car while the work was completed. Cost was exactly as quoted. Good people. Very professional and efficient. I will certainly be using them again.

    Emergency bonnet opening

    I've been a customer at Holmer Green Service Centre for many years and always had a courteous, attentive reception. Work carried out to a high standard. On this occasion I couldn't open the bonnet on my Ford Kuga and with a long journey ahead I needed to be able to refill the windscreen fluid. I tried but eventually gave up and rang HGSC. Gary immediately told me to bring it round and they would have a look. Their mechanic straight away had a look and managed to open it, greased the mechanism and I was sorted and on my way. Many thanks to Gary and his colleagues for saving my bacon.

    Breakdown.

    After having delivered my vehicle to them via the RAC, did not expect to hear from them for at least a week or so, but two days later, they rang to say the vehicle was back on the road again. I would highly recommend this business and thank them for an efficient and professional service.

Holmer Green Service Centre was set up in 1983 to bring quality mechanic services to the local community.


We currently have three mechanics in our workshop, with specialist experience in a variety of vehicle makes and models.


Over the last forty years technology has transformed the work of a mechanic. Whilst we retain professional practical skills, we also understand the value of investing in new technology and training to keep up to speed with modern developments. As a result, we can confidently service classic cars that were built before our Service Centre existed, alongside hybrid and high performance cars.


The three members of our Customer Service team, Shane, Gary and Cindy, complement the work of the mechanics. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, informative and helpful communication with you from the first point of contact, through to your car returning to the road in the best possible condition. As a small business, we have the time to get to know our customers. We ensure we provide the information needed to offer reassurance and reduce stress whilst your vehicle is off the road.
