  Very responsive building up to the appointment in terms of scheduling the appointment, updating on arrival time, and then progress of the service. Work was done well, left the workspace clean, and explained the additional work required.

  Repairing pressure loss on boiler

  Good customer contact before job was carried out, quick repair, engineer on time, however , they billed me for the original quote that would have been a more complicated job, not just a quick valve change. Disappointed that I had to query bill twice to get to a ‘reasonable’ price - still expensive for a 30 minute job.
