  James responded very quickly to my initial and he and his team were equally as speedy in coming out to do the repair. He carried out an inspection of the roof and made suggestions for improvements that could be made, with that work also being completed in a timely and efficient manner. James and his team are very tidy workers, leaving no trace other than the work done.

  Leaking roof

  James responded within 10 minutes. He arrived as agreed the following morning. The problem was quickly assessed and the work done same morning. Very pleasant to deal with. I will use them again when necessary.

  Repair to a flat roof.

  Both James and Thomas were polite, reliable and friendly. James came to quote on the day he had said, and the quote was fair and reasonable. He prioritised this job as he could see that water is leaking. Thomas and his colleague were able to do the work within a few days of us accepting the quote and we are very happy with the result.
