    chimney removal

    worked non stop in one of the hottest days we've had kept me informed on what was going on and left with the garden looking tidier than when they turned up really can't fault the 3 of them would definitely use again and recommend 10 out of 10

    Superb customer service

    Over three years ago I had facias, soffets and all guttering replaced by Holdcroft Home Improvements. A small piece of guttering had been blown off. I phoned them today at 3pm. I was told on the phone they would pop around and fix it. It's now 4.15 pm and the guttering is now firmly back in place ! Unbelievabley quick, efficient and customer friendly service.

    Repaired my two chimneys then some extra.

    Went above and beyond. Someone who can be trusted to not just get the job done but be really fair and actually treated me with care. We had a slight issue as can easily happen with anyone, but his response and action was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.

    Quick and efficient roof and property repair

    Quick and very reasonably priced. James was friendly, polite and gave me some insight on why tiles might be slipping from my roof during high winds. Fixed tile and removed a dangerous loose decorative bricks.

    Came round on Bank Holiday and quickly sorted both a missing roof tile and removed a dangerously loose brick, quote was very reasonable and gave me some helpful insight on the condition of the roof.
