We snapped the key in our patio doors - and needed to get the lock fixed ASAP as we couldn't secure our house. Chris arrived promptly and with the minimum of fuss replaced the lock. Excellent Company. Very quick to respond and no call out fee, came out to see very quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything, giving me different options and showing me the existing mechanism / gearbox.
