  Hobbs Property Services has been a key contractor supporting the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our almshouse properties (43 units), and we have consistently found their work to be of a very high standard. Undertaking a wide range of works for us, including electrical installations, bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, painting/decorating, and general maintenance. Across all disciplines, their workmanship is professional, thorough, and carried out with care and attention to detail.   First Class Tradesmen

  HobbsProperty services recently turned my very tired Utility room into a fantastic Utility/home office. From start to finish they were professional perfectionists! From design which made the room look a lot bigger, to the fitting. Nothing was to much trouble, the finish is amazing . I would highly recommend them.

  Kitchen removed and replaced new flooring & redecoration

  Very helpful from the initial quote in giving us options / helping us to decide on the best products explaining the process and very clear on costing from the start. During the install they kept us updated on how work was progressing and every day left the site exceptionally clean and tidy. The standard of the work and attention to detail is exceptional - this is the third time in my life I have had a new kitchen installed and this is by a long way the best finished. Their skill as craftsmen and the pride they take in the work is of the highest standard - I cannot recommend highly enough.

  We were recommended Hobbs by someone who had used them previously. They came to do an electrical survey and then some work following that survey. At all times they were helpful, polite, mindful when working in the house, friendly, explained everything clearly, thorough, and extremely professional.

  Smoke alarm location and wiring

  The rewire was originally completed to a high standard and reasonable cost with good advice and discussion along the way. The quality of this advice was very much appreciated 10 days ago when a disaster was averted thanks to Gav suggesting a smoke alarm in the garage where all the solar power stuff, incoming power etc are housed. Because it was also wired to an alarm in the house I heard it go off, was able to call SSEN who then came and sorted the problem before there was a full on fire. Thanks Gav

  Recommend 5* renovation!

  From the very beginning Gavin was very professional. We had a complete kitchen renovation from Howdens and Gavin was really helpful with ideas and listened to to what we wanted. He completed all of the works, including electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring and our new fitted kitchen. Aubrey and Gavin always kept the area very clean and tidy throughout. Absolutely super job and would highly recommend Hobbs Property Services!
