  Punctual, Professional and very reasonably priced. Excellent builder!

  I needed to replace my crumbling steps up to my property as the current slabs and bricks were beyond repair. I contact Ian and he called me straight back and arranged a viewing to see what was required. He was punctual and clearly very knowledgeable and advised me on options. Installation was commissioned a couple of weeks later and he has done a fantastic job. It was a very tricky project as the property had 13 curved steps cutting into an existing brick wall. He was thorough and methodical and he clearly takes pride in his work. I could not be happier with the finished job. Thanks Ian!

  New roof excellence

  Ian has recently completed a new roof at our property, which involved a new party wall, new ceiling joists, additional rafters and a new floor for additional storage space. He then fitted a velux style window and fitted new tiles to roof. The work was conducted and completed within a very short timeframe , despite all the challenges of a Victorian property. The whole process was explained clearly from start to finish which we found reassuring throughout. The final cost was exactly as Ian had advised at the beginning. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend Ian Hobbs.

  Great reliable builder

  Great overall, gave great advice and really nice father and son. We had a wall knocked out and a doorway moved . Super reliable and very tidy, had to go out a d left them to it, they locked up properly when finished I would definitely use them again and highly recommend .

  Knocked some walls down

  Ian was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what was happening and was brilliant throughout. Will not hesitate to ask him to complete other work. Rob was also working really hard. Fantastic team.

  Side house extension

  Smooth process from start to finish. Ian and his team, Rob and Keith were polite and worked hard. We were kept up to date at all times with the progress. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend!

  New roof
