Punctual, efficient and professional

the boiler switch had a timer attached to it which needed to be removed. once removed the hot water was on straight away but the heating did not, but after a follow up it was okay

From the first communication until the job was completed, the communication from Huw has been excellent, turned up when he said he would, reasonable prices and did a good job in a professional manner. Highly recommend and will be using their services again.

The electrician who attended my home was very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Gave me some good advice as well. He was a quality electrician. I didn't realise that this company wasn't actually local to my area, which was disappointing as I wanted it to be a local company. But the job was rectified to a high standard so can't complain. I feel the high price though was due to the long distance they had to travel to get to my job.

Was late arriving due to being stuck on a job, but excellent comms keeping me informed. The work carried out was excellent, efficient, clean and the whole crew were really friendly. Will definitely use this company again.
