Within hours of your initial meet, Harry will personally ring you to discuss the problems/issues he has encountered on his site visit. He will then give you a short breakdown of what he is proposing should be done, along with a price. Within a maximum of 24 hours of his initial visit, you will receive a fully detailed written quotation, entailing in depth the proposed work, again along with the price.
