HMR were great during this job. Communication was excellent - always replying within a few hours of contact to answer questions. They have a good price for the job and were always in contact telling us when things were happening. Also provided lots of contacts for other work who have also done great work. Overall, the team have been great and would recommend them to anyone else who needs any building work.

Dave and his team were courteous, friendly, very helpful and well accommodating throughout the whole works. They did a great job and presented great value for the work they undertook. I’d be more than happy to enlist their services again for any more work I’d have done one my house.

Really good lads’ very professional from start to finish ,very knowledgeable and helpful no problem sharing there experience if something didn’t look right on the drawings and bringing it to your attention so an informed decision could be made and not costing more money to change later on in the project,wouldn’t hesitate in using again going forward on the next project

The guys at HMR were amazing, they made me feel very comfortable (as a lone female) Gave advice, very reliable, reasonable on price, came on time, kept me informed throughout the job and cleaned up after themselves, you can imagine the dust after a wall knock through but I was told and they cleaned up well. I a super pleased and would definitely recommend. Will be using them again for joinery work very soon.

It has been a great experience with Dave and his team from HMR for our renovation project. The structural work has been done to a high standard, as shown by building control approving the work, quick to respond to questions and has accommodated small things that weren't considered originally in scope such as helping us fit French doors during the job. Would 100% recommend and will be recommending HMR construction to friends/family doing renovations projects.

Josh and Dave were recommended to me by a friend in the trade, and I’d definitely recommend them to others. The team turned up on time, did the work in the timeframe they said they would, and did an excellent job (which was the brickwork and steelwork needed in advance of us putting new patio doors in). They both kept me up to date throughout the 4 days the work took, and organised all the associated work needed (e.g. skip hire etc). They were also very easy to deal with and get along with, and I’ve been happy to recommend them to neighbours who asked us about the work we had done.
