10 Collapsed drain

I used HML Drainage Solutions to rectify a collapsed drain and the service was excellent from start to finish. They carried out a thorough diagnostic assessment, identified the collapsed section, and clearly explained the issue and proposed remedial works before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and professionally, with the damaged pipe section replaced and everything reinstated to a very high standard. The team worked cleanly, kept me informed throughout and left the area tidy on completion. A genuinely trustworthy and professional company — a 10/10 service. I can’t recommend HML Drainage Solutions highly enough. From first contact to completion, everything was handled professionally and with great care. They quickly located my main drain inspection chamber, identified the correct pipe from my property, and installed a non-return valve to stop rats entering while allowing waste to flow out as it should. The work was clearly explained, carried out efficiently, and left clean and tidy. It was a genuinely positive experience end-to-end and gave me complete peace of mind.
