  Shower replacement & fitting

  I was looking for help diagnosing the reason for my electric shower tripping and had approached a number of companies with no response. HM Electrical did respond and after discussing my problem, an appointment was arranged for inspection. They are a small company so communication is not instant, but the quality of their work is worth the wait. On the first visit, Chip the electrician, spent time diagnosing the source of the tripping and on his next visit installed a new shower and stayed to fix another lighting issue. His forensic approach and dedication to doing to the job was refreshing.

  Faulty light circuit in the kitchen

  Hector was able to send one of his guys out to my flat within a couple of hours to investigate a faulty light circuit in the kitchen. The problem was identified and repaired with 2hours . I would highly recommended Hector and his team and will definitely use him again.

  Replacement light fittings and switches

  Hector was easy to deal with - by phone and WhatsApp. The electrician who came obviously knew his trade. He replaced a large number of fittings and switches, but completed the job quickly and quietly. It's made a big difference to the house.

  We have been using HM Electrical for a number of years and they are our favoured contractor for all of our electrical needs, from rewires to installing complex systems for our clients; Hector and his team do fantastic work and not only do they achieve what is needed they bring a fresh approach that exceeds our and our clients expectations.

  Tend to bail out last minute

  On the day of our appointment, the electrician suddenly came down with an illness, leaving us high and dry—apparently, there's a mysterious virus that only targets electricians on job days. This is the second company that we've experienced, such impeccable timing from a service provider. While I'm all for supporting recovery, a little more reliability and a backup plan might do wonders for customer confidence.
