The company showed an interest in the job, then ghosted me… When water is trickling down the walls you don’t have time to waste… If there is no intention then please don’t log an interest. Disappointed…

Fix a leaky inlet valve on my toilet.

Graham replaced a part, in my toilet, then said the job was bigger, I hesitated as there had been no problems except for the inlet value which he replaced. Everything was fine for a few days and then it started to leak again. I contacted Graham, thinking it was just a faulty part, but he diverted my calls, looked at my WhatsApp messages and didn’t reply. I thought he maybe unwell or on holiday, but this ghosting has continued. Please be aware, he has done work for me before and come across as lovely and professional, but then dropped and let down! Shame on you Graham!

I contacted one of the plumbers that was recommended on here and he sounded very obliging and said to send him details and pictures of job, plus address etc. I did that by text and pictures by WhatsApp. I thought it was a bit rude that he didn't confirm as he had said he would come the following afternoon. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I also left a message via the landline the following morning. Even if people are busy he could have phoned or left a message to let me know what's going on. Just tell me if you can't do the job. So I don't recommend him and I think he's unreliable.
