Kelvin was excellent throughout our 8-month planning process (including the Xmas period). From the initial analysis, design drawings, site visit and multiple revisions to liaising with the council, he was professional, thorough and supportive throughout. He was always approachable, easy to work with and happy to answer our questions clearly and patiently.
