HKF were brilliant from the start. Quoted for the project and each stage was set out where payment was expected. Working with party wall agreements in place and communicating with neighbours the project ran smoothly to schedule and budget. Trades were brought in after the build and work was finished to a high standard. Highly recommend this team.

Will definitely be using Vince and team again for future work; experience throughout was exceptional. Vince instilled confidence immediately in wanting to get the job done right, giving recommendations for solutions even when at detriment to himself. Communication was prompt, again providing confidence that he would fit the work in as a priority. His associates who conducted the work were also incredibly courteous and finished the work efficiently, cleanly and to a high standard. Absolutely recommended.

Wow, there really isn't enough superlatives to describe Vince, Ben and their team. They really are the best out there. Nothing was too much for them through out the job and always worked with a smile on their face. I really would recommend HKF!

Vince and the team were great! Incredibly reliable and committed to getting the job done. We converted our garage into an office space and they delivered the whole project. We are very happy with the result. At the end any minor adjustment, Vince was great in resolving. Highly recommend and we would use them again.

Vince and Ben have a great team and carried out work to a very high standard. Good communication, Vince will always pick up the phone and communicate well about the job. All the team are friendly and easy to get along with. A proactive can-do approach when it comes to client ideas / requests and to solving any problems which arise. Good attention to detail regarding snagging at the end of the job, and great finish achieved. Will use again!
