  Great job by Chris and his team. They have completed the project within schedule and with excellent quality. Chris is very professional and experience and he always give honest advice. His team is polite, tidy, and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

  Removal of load bearing wall

  Chris and his team did a great job with the removal of one of our load bearing walls. The team were quick, efficient and tidy (despite all the debris from removing a wall!). Would definitely recommend Chris to anyone needing any building work done!

  Gas fireplace removed and new decorative fireplace installed

  We are really happy with the new fireplace. Chris and the team listened to our brief closely and achieved exactly what we were looking for. We were kept up to date throughout the process and always consulted on any decisions. We were particularly impressed at the team's tidiness throughout the work. We would happily use them again.

  New man hole and fireplace removal

  Fantastic team! For the quote Chris was great, listened to us, asked question if he needed more information, very thorough with also making sure we knew what was going where, why and how. The team who came were friendly, and were even polite enough to ask if animals or children were in the property before they did the really loud work. Once the job was finished they left the room clean and tidy, wouldn’t of even know a fireplace was there in the first place! And the new man hole with requested cement work (to go with path) looks great.

  House refurbishment

  Great company, so glad I went HKC Refurbishments. They were courteous, polite excellent timekeeping. Extremely tidy and their workmanship was fantastic! So well experienced and knew what they were doing. I had them fit and hang 3 interior doors, put up coving in the sitting room, deck out my loft area, install loft ladder, and fit and install my new kitchen. I would highly recommend this business and I have told Chris I will be using him again in the near future!
