Harvey is an exceptional skilled carpenter and would recommend very highly. Bespoke gate is top quality. Doors supplied and fitted as well as door furniture very reasonably priced.

Harvey was very courteous, friendly and professional from the initial quote stage to the completion of the work. Harvey both created some excellent shaker-style floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets (to the exact specifications we asked for) and fixed a dado rail to the hall land and stairs. He worked hard to complete the jobs in a timely manner, without too much disruption and to a very good standard. We would highly recommend Harvey and have already started to pass on his details to friends.

We are really pleased with our new doors. Despite some tricky old frames, Harvey was able to fit them with precision which has transformed the rooms upstairs. Communication was great throughout and he even left the space tidier than he found it! Would recommend to anyone and will no doubt have more work for Harvey in the future.

We found HJE Carpentry through checkatrade as we needed a trustworthy tradesman to do a couple of jobs for us. We honestly cannot rate this company and it’s owner highly enough. He came, quoted and also completed the jobs within two days which we needed. A very professional, pleasant and personable man who completed the jobs to a high standard with no rushing. We have more jobs that will need doing and are definitely asking HJE Carpentry to return because we know exactly what we will be getting.
