Jack and the team were extremely helpful throughout the whole job from quotation to completion. Very professional, punctual and considerate. We needed our guttering repaired and cleared, Jack and his company were highly recommended by a mutual friend and did not disappoint in any way. It is so refreshing to find someone hardworking, honest and clean & tidy is this current climate. I was thoroughly impressed with the roofing work recently carried out by Jack and the rest of the team at Hightop Gutters and Roofs. The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, arriving promptly and completing the job efficiently. The quality of their workmanship is evident, and we are very happy with the new roof. The team were happy to answer any queries that we had and thoroughly explained to us the steps that they were taking. All kudos to Chris, Harry and Albe; lovely 'affable graters', polite and conscientious. Uncomfortable from the offset with the 'management' of work undertaken. Unforeseen issues arose, escalating costs and speed, on the basis of a text quote, no breakdown of costs (despite requests), no time to consider options, never asked just told - felt like being railroaded. Extra (cleaning) costs due to a lack of foresight (laying cement when rain was imminent) and scaffolding security concerns added to the whole experience. Feels like being 'shafted' and bitterly regret not obtaining alternative quotes.

I had initially requested a gutter repair but Hightop found some issues with the roof as well. They took videos and photos to show me the issues and gave me some options. I was quickly given quotes, with breakdowns of costs and provided with dates when the work could be done if I wanted to go ahead. The prices were reasonable and the communications from Hightop were really good - fast and polite. Once the work went ahead (repairs to chimney breast and other fixes on the roof, as well as the gutter repairs), everything was done on time and to a really decent standard. Highly recommend

2 GREAT GUYS IN CHRIS AND HARRY , WORK DONE TO PURFECTION , WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THE CLEAN UP OF MARKS ON THE GUTTERS WHEN JOB DONE AND CHECKED TO SEE IF THE WATER FLOWD AWAY IN THE DIRECTION IT SHOULD ONCE JOB COMPLETE , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
