My roof had a leak because the rendering on the parapet wall had crumbled, the felt had perished and the flashing had corroded. HighTop did a very neat job of replacing all of these, bedding the tiles at the gable end, sealing the valley gutter and painting the new render to give a nice looking finish. They also did some remedial work on the chimney for me. Punctual, efficient, polite. Really pleased with the job.

We had had a couple of bad experiences with previous tradesmen replacing this gutter. Thankfully, third time lucky! Jack was a reassuring presence from the start. The quote was in line (perhaps slightly higher than others, but we felt Hightop was the right choice). A date was set. Jack's team arrived on time and the work was carried out efficiently and with accuracy, looking at it from the ground. They water-tested the gutter before they left and all seems well. My front and rear roofs had started looking weathered and needed attention. I called Jack to come round to have a look and following his advice and quote we agreed for him to replace several broken tiles, replace guttering and a fascia board and put down new led flashing. All was done as agreed with punctuality and care.

We have recently had a new roof, facias and gutters on our house by Hightop Gutters & Roofs. The team did an excellent job and I’m very happy with the outcome. The team were hard working, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions regarding the ongoing work. They made us aware of what they were doing and why, they were also very tidy and cleaned up around the house at the end of each day that they were working. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team for any roofing, gutter or facia work that needs to be undertaken.

Contacted Jack at Hightop and he turned up a couple of days later quoted and more importantly showed and explained to me what was wrong. On the day of work they got straight on with the work and tidied as they went. There was a problem with my guttering as a result of previous bodgery but after a while Jack was happy,but explained if any problems please call. Would definitely use again.
