  Damp proofing and associated works

  Following a flood Hi Tech responded very quickly, inspecting the damage and providing a detailed report and estimate. The works were undertaken with care, diligence and within the time frame given. At all times the team were punctual, respectful of our home, tidying up daily, working long hours and the work was completed very satisfactorily.

  Damp proofing walls and floors

  Darren and his team are amazing. I’m so glad I found them. I was in the process of buying a house which on survey turned out to have major damp issues - a damp solid ground floor, rising damp and penetrating damp. We had a tight timescale before completion on the purchase. Darren cracked on and got all the damp work done and a complete redecoration of all the rooms in the house except the kitchen and bathroom in 7 weeks. Darren’s communication was impeccable, he always returned calls and texts and arrived when he said he would. Couldn’t recommend Hitech highly enough!

  Great job from Darren and his team. Darren went out of his way to accommodate the tight delivery times that I required. The guys were punctual and tidy and the job came in as quoted - and at a price that I was very happy with.

  Remove damp and defective plaster, apply damp proofing and re-plaster one room.

  Brilliant job, I cannot recommend Darren and his team highly enough. They removed the skirting and radiator to do the work, replacing afterwards (this wasn't included in quotes from other, more expensive, companies). Great time keeping, tidy job with everything cleared away and ready for redecoration.
