Mark inform of all the work he was doing. He carried out the work for my 96 year old mother's roof and I was pleasantly surprised to see how respectful he was to her. Would definitely use him again.

The work was carried out for my 96 year old mother. Mark was very respectful to her and informed her through out the work. All was cleared up afterwards, would definitely recommend Mark.

Mark viewed the flashing and fully explained the problem to me. His roofer then did the work within the time frame given and sent photos showing what had been done. Mark openly pointed out where we could still have problems in the future and what should be done about it. He was very courteous throughout.

Second time we have called on the team from Historic Roofing Ltd to repair a section of our old roof. Winds had dislodged some of the old Kent pegs and urgent repairs were needed heading into winter. The team scaffolded, removed and saved nearly all the existing tiles, felted, battened the repair section and re-hung the tiles. Tough job on a high, steep pitched, fragile old roof in the middle of November.

Overall happy with the work on the weatherboards started last summer, but took forever to complete and we didn’t know from one week to the next if anyone was coming, what days etc. The roof work that was started after that we chased for weeks to confirm a finishing date on, which came and went without any contact, and our follow up calls/messages eventually stopped even being answered. Now left in the lurch with a half done job on our leaking roof and having to find someone else to complete.
