Charlie was quick to respond and sort the problem for me. He was very honest, explaining the situation to me and I appreciate his integrity.

There was a storm and one of my ridge tiles came off my roof and it broke a lot of my roofing tiles on its way down so I gave hi ridge roofing a call and they came out the same day to quote the job we set a day for the next monday charles and a colleague came and did the work to a high standard thanks for all the hard work and dedication.

Charlie was very polite,trustworthy and hard working Charlie and his team went above and beyond to fix my valley that was damaged by a storm the repointing on my valley looks amazing and the new lead also look fantastic big thanks to hi ridge roofing 10/10 would recommend

Charles came around the same day as I called as it was a urgent leak on my bay window Charles assessed the problem witch was a hole in the roof he recommended a epdm rubber roof I agreed to the quote and Charles did the job the same week now my bay window looks amazing and better still water proof I would highly recommend in using Charles and team

Brilliant company I had a small leak on my guttering came on time and didn’t rush the job just because it was small I called 5 roofers and only Charles came out to give me a quote I think it was to small for the other roofers but never the less thanks Charles for all your good work.

Had my gutters cleaned inside and outside very happy with how clean it looks and Charles took lots of photos of the in side to show me he did what he said he was going to do.
