Smooth and quick service.

Hi-Q responded immediately to my request for a quote, turned up at the appointed time and gave a quote for the work the same day. I accepted their quote and a date for the repairs was agreed. They attended on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. An excellent result and I highly recommend them

John gave us some useful tips on making our door secure before attending to fix our lock. He attended promptly and diagnosed the problem which required a lock removal and clean rather than a replacement. He cleaned all the working parts and charged a very reasonable amount for labour only. I will use him again and would thoroughly recommend him.
