Within just a week, the strengthened replacement glass had been ordered, supplied, and expertly fitted—all at a very reasonable cost. Hi-Q responded immediately to my request for a quote, turned up at the appointed time and gave a quote for the work the same day. I accepted their quote and a date for the repairs was agreed. John gave us some useful tips on making our door secure before attending to fix our lock. He attended promptly and diagnosed the problem which required a lock removal and clean rather than a replacement. He cleaned all the working parts and charged a very reasonable amount for labour only. I will use him again and would thoroughly recommend him.
