Tom arrived when he said, carried out a thorough job, explaining as he went. Very tidy worker and am very happy with the end result. Definitely recommend Tom, a polite, hard worker with attention to detail who cared about the service provided.

Ollie arrived on time and was very polite. He explained to me what he was going to and just got on with cleaning the gutters , then washed,cleaned the all the conservatory inside and out and the two high back windows. Ollie was very professional and clean ,tidy , left no mess. I highly recommend Hippo cleaning services. and have already passed his number to a friend straight after. Thank you Ollie it all looks amazing now . The service was excellent from my phone call to enquire, to the quote and then the date that fitted in with me.

The cladding, fascias and soffits on the front of my house needed cleaning badly! Ollie was very professional from contacting me to book the appointment, arriving on time and explaining what he was going to do. Excellent work and value for money.

I found Hippo Cleaning Services after doing a bit of research online as it was clear my fascia boards and gutters were in need of some serious TLC. Filled out the form on their website and Olly was in touch not long after to arrange the works and provided a very decent and fair quote. Turned up on time, was polite and courteous, and completed the work to a very high standard with little mess which was a task in itself given how long the gutters had been neglected. Would highly recommend.

Ollie and Tom have provided window cleaning services for me for several years now and also for other members of my family in the SO17 and SO19 areas. This time they did the yearly clearing out of guttering, initially when they were booked to come Ollie said that the debris in the guttering was frozen and said he would contact me again when the termperature was warmer and therefore the debris would be easier to remove. Ollie and Tom are extremely honest, professional, polite and hard working. I thoroughly recommend.
