I have used their services since 2017 when I was a taxi driver. They've never failed; always repaired punctures, rather than tricking me into a new tyre, and today they even told me that I don't need a puncture repair, as the nail I had in my tyre did not went all the way through and there was no damage caused to the structure of the tyre.

Been to this garage a couple of times now and always someone friendly around the forecourt that offers help. Staff are courteous, polite and hardworking. Wheel alignment was not quite right first time, but went back and the garage sorted with no fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I cannot express how greatful I am to Hilsea Tyres! I had tried 2-3 of places, and nobody could remove one of the stuck wheel nuts. Hilsea Tyres did this no issue!! They also recommended more cost effective options for my Tyres, rather than trying to upsell and push things on me. The staff are really friendly and approachable - especially being a woman having to deal with garages. Will never go anywhere else for Tyres ever again!!!!

Turned up with nail in my rear tyre. Wanted a new replacement, technician assured me it could be repaired as it was a good tyre. £20 instead of £100. Brilliant technicians - would definitely recommend this family business.

Hilsea tyres are always spot on. They are fair, courteous and do everything they can to help. I had a tyre repaired by a young man called Leo yesterday, who did a brilliant job and his customer service skills were second to none! He’s a credit to the company. Well done Leo and all of the team. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
