When getting the quote for building work the gentleman was very efficient, and gave us a very good price. The work was thought out to get the best outcome and was done promptly. We were both very happy with the work that was done and would recommend him to others.

I strongly do not recommend this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The contractor repeatedly left the site untidy and never cleaned up after himself unless I personally followed behind and did it. Workdays were very short, typically starting around 9am and finishing by 2pm, despite charging £250 per person per day (£500 for two workers). The biggest issue was that the work was never properly completed. Large parts of the agreed job were left unfinished, with only around 90% completed, forcing me to spend my own time and money finishing what they were paid

Hillier Development did a complete bathroom renovation for us, wall panels bathroom suit, plumbing and all bathroom fittings. All work was carried out to a very high standard in a very professional manner. Would recommend Hillier Development to carry out any renovation work you require.

Came round to do multiple jobs.. very professional, very well priced. Very friendly, and communicated well throughout. Have alot more work booked in for the year on the house .....I highly recommend, for any work that needs doing

We recently used this company for a house extension and a full bathroom installation, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The team were professional, reliable, and worked very hard from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail really shows in both the extension and the bathroom. They kept everything tidy and communicated well throughout the project. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled building company.

Great work carried out, at competitive/ reasonable price. Had various jobs done, a new, lovely bathroom fitted, among other things. Jobs are always completed on time, and the added bonus of very friendly faces, who went out of their way to accommodate what I wanted/needed. Due to personal, disability needs, and special access required.
