I had a complicated split level patio which led into two paths . I left Oz to design and construct the whole project and he made us feel totally at ease with the peace of mind that we would be happy with the result and that he would do his best to stay on budget . Wow he was right.!!! Great attention to detail , Courteous , I have had a fair amount of experience in the construction industry myself and I can safely say Oz and his team are the best I’ve ever had . There is no feeling that corners are being cut. He does the job properly with stunning results. I would recommend him to anyone.

Oz, Imants and Yannis returned in Feb 2024 on a new contract to complete the Patio and Drive, following a complete home renovation in 2022-23. The new project was completed efficiently, hitting both time and budget commitments. Oz designed the drive in-keeping with the house and offered advice on the patio paving. Highly recommended for home renovation or general building work.

Hill Contractors, lead by Oz Kalnins, was contracted to fully renovate our family home. Oz & team were professional and courteous throughout design (working closely with our architect) and build. Hill was the primary contractor, managing all trades and ensuring delays during the Covid period were well managed and did not impact initial build timeline. 2022-23 project consisted of knocking down most of the existing property, rebuilding to a very high spec both inside and out. Oz and his team managed all building, plumbing, electrics and decorating. Build completed on time and budget.
