I provided pictures for them to assess the job, they accepted it, then forced me to pay a 50% deposit to get an appointment, then said they couldn't do the gutters, then sent someone who didn't prune the crown of the trees, and also cut the front hedge so hard that the neighbour is complaining they might have killed it. Terrible at every level. I forgot to mention, on the final invoice they had not deducted the deposit.

We requested property height details on multiple occasions to assess gutter access but did not receive them in time. Once deemed unsafe, we issued a revised quote, which you accepted.
