James called ahead of time to see if he could start earlier which was no problem at all. We had some questions about our guttering and he explained how to resolve them. Work was done quickly and was very tidy. Overall, very happy with service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again.

This company mis-quoted for an insurance claim job. Did not provide an itemised quote leaving me the customer and the insurance co non the wiser. When I made a complaint about the work not being fully completed, and asked them to return to complete this. They refused and stated that the ins co had accepted their quote. I have had to use another contractor to complete the very limited work they did carry out. The co’s attitude has been appalling and a year later it is still incomplete. They are now making threats to me as I am deducting the cost of this from the monies due to them. Avoid!

They came and cleared the rear gutter which was full with moss. There is a small joining section of guttering which is loose and drips water after heavy rain. They said they had fixed it, but it still drips, but less than before. I have not asked them back for now, as I think it really needs a new joining section. They did the job I requested and for a reasonable price.

Great communication and a high standard of work, really pleased.
