  Jack replied to my initial message quickly and was very helpful throughout. The work was completed within a couple of days from when the job posted and at a good price.

  flat roof leak

  Got a leak in the flat roof of my bay window ok Friday from all the rain we've been having. Jack was round to view the issues and repairs done by Wednesday. can't fault him

  We recently had several tiles and ridge sections replaced by Jack and his Team and were very pleased with the service provided. The work was arranged promptly, including organising the scaffolding, and everything was completed well within the agreed timeframe. The team were punctual , reliable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work, ensuring the repairs were carried out to a very high standard. Communication with Jack was excellent throughout — clear, responsive, and reassuring from start to finish. A fair and efficient service that we would not hesitate to recommend.

  Outstanding chimney repairs and great customer care

  I recently had some roofing work carried out and couldn’t be happier with the service. The roofer came out before Christmas to provide a free quote and even completed some minor repairs that same week. He returned in the first week of the new year to carry out more extensive repairs on my chimney. All work was completed to an excellent standard. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was being done in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of roofing work.
