  Good quality work to install a dry ridge and dry verge system

  Eddie responded quickly to our need to fix our roof asap. The end results looks really good after 2 days worth of work. Eddie was also helpful advising for better options offering the pros and cons.

  Roofing repairs

  Extensive roofing repairs January 2023. Several leaks occurred within 9 months. They eventually sent someone out for remedial work. 15 months on and now have even more leaks - internal walls, ceilings etc. now suffering. All attempts to get Highline out again have proved impossible so, in effect, their 15 year guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on. Reluctantly, but out of necessity & desperation, I will be initiating Court action in the hope of a solution.

  Complete new roof

  Work carried out quickly & what looks like a good standard. All fine until we asked for a 'proper invoice' rather than a 'list' on a generic yahoo email. Highline seemed to take umbrage at that and turned up an hour later on the doorstep with a more formal checkatrade invoice, but said we couldn't have the guarantee until we paid. I paid £7.5K shortly after, which was acknowledged however they have still not given us a guarantee for the new roof, nor organised taking the scaffolding down. Don't understand why asking for proper paperwork having spent that much would cause offence?!
