total let down. advert claims to clear all waste. cut tree down as specified. took deposit. waited 7 weeks with many texts to get waste uplifted paid in full on day that tree was felled . seeking compensation

I put my request on Chekatrade early on a Monday morning and was called back in around five minutes! The gentleman came out to view the hedge on the same day and we agreed a price. The work was scheduled for the following day and was completed to an extremely high standard with a full clear-up and removal of a considerable amount of cuttings. The price was honoured. Albert and his team turned up when they said they would and carried out the work as agreed, they removed all the waste at the end of the day. The communication was very good with regular updates. I would hire High Larch Tree and Gardening Services again.
