  Shocking and disrespectful.

  Shocking Customer Service, threatening messages such as “ I will take it down so your choice “ Rude , disrespectful and arrogant. Nothing against the lads on site but dealing with their director Mike was horrible experience. He agreed to adjust the platform and just turned up unannounced when there was nobody home. Afterwards kept sending rude and threatening messages as described above. Never made promised adjustments to the platform so I had to struggle and couldn’t finish the job properly as I’ve planned. Mike even laughed at me in his texts. I would Never Ever use this company.

  Very happy with the scaffolding installed at my property. Half way through the build I realised that the scaffolding tubes would be in the way of bulky items I would be lifting up and they without question accommodated my request.

  High-grade access were very prompt in responding to my request for help, and provided a written quote very rapidly. They communicated well and listened to my needs. They were nice people to deal with and respectful. Most importantly, the quality of the structure they erected was first class and totally fit for purpose.   Quick and great service

  We needed some scaffolding at short notice for roof repairs, Mike and his team sorted it out very quickly and for a very good price . Once the work was completed they were back surprisingly quick and the scaffolding was gone .
