We recently had three old radiators replaced with brand-new ones and with TRVs, a new P-trap installed on the kitchen sink, a smelly toilet finally resolved and a shower valve swapped. Hugh's work was of outstanding quality—everything was done efficiently, neatly, and to a very high standard. He was also incredibly reliable, arriving exactly when promised and completing the job on time. We’re thrilled with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services. A well-deserved 10/10 for both quality and reliability! Will be booking again for other jobs in the future.

Fixing toilets

I emailed Hugh on Friday night as we have two toilets not working in our house. I explained to him what was wrong and sent pictures. He quoted back quickly and agreed to come out to us Monday. He carried out the work so quickly and brought his own hoover to clear up too! He was so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend and definitely use him again. Thank you Hugh!
