  for the second time I have to thank this company for the good work. during the public replacement of waste pipes they restored my garden to its original condition. They sent me their price and I was choosing between several companies. I chose them because of their approach to the customer

  Ongoing garden maintenance

  Terrible communication, visited to provide quote but never contacted me. When I chased it up they described the hourly rate as "tax" and put the £ symbol _after_ the price, minor detail I know but it looks weird and makes me question their professionalism and experience working in the UK. Ignored all the questions I raised when I was forced to ask them about the quote.
