We had our boiler serviced and some extra plumbing work done and were very happy with the service. He was professional, identified issues quickly, and completed everything to a high standard. He responded immediately to the additional work and was very clean and tidy, leaving no mess behind. What we appreciated most was his honesty—he didn’t try to add unnecessary work to increase the cost, unlike others we've dealt with before. It's rare to find someone so reliable and trustworthy.
