Nick arrived promptly and completed the job to a great standard. It was a drain repair caused by a tree root. He was very thorough and checked other areas too. We are very pleased and have already discussed other work with him.

Nick recently repainted the hall, bathhroom, and kitchen in my flat. The standard of work is excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Nick is very friendly, helpful, and it was more like having a friend to carry out the work. I highly recommend Nick, and am already planning on having further decorating next year. I asked Nick to install a stair gate for our 9 month old son. A few weeks after installation, the stair gate came out the wall. Nick followed the instructions on the stair gate and used the screws provided in the pack, but they were only long enough to go into the plaster and not into the brick behind. So the installation method used wasn't fit for the purpose of safely securing the gate. Also, a few holes were made in error in the wall and stair posts. Nick said he'd come 3 times to repair them but he cancelled each time and the third time he didn't arrive on the agreed day. I was refunded.

Really great at communication and good job done. Very grateful for flexibility too.
