Very friendly, professional, and efficient service. 10/10 I needed a tap refitted as mine had stopped working. I was provided several options and the work was carried out extremely quickly, with very little interruption to my day. Fadi was very friendly and only charged for the work and time needed to carry out the job and communication was great beforehand. I’ll be calling him again for any other jobs moving forward.

Reasonable pricing, reliable, came on time, very efficient and they were also tidy which is a main concern with plumbers for me. They took their shoes off when entering my house, very polite and considerate. Our toilet is now fixed and in use. The plumber came with his son who is doing his A Levels so that was very nice to see son learning new skills from his dad :)

Fadi replied to our enquiry very quickly. He carried out the work quickly and cleanly for the price quoted. He was very pleasant and explained to us exactly the work that needed to be carried out:

Fada was brilliant; he answered every time I sent an email and was able to work according to my schedule. I called him for one issue, and he noticed another and sorted them both out. After a previous builder told me it was impossible. I will definitely use him again next time.
