Thermostat problem diagnosed and work carried out promptly to a high standard, quote was very reasonable

Brought out to give quote for fixing boiler. Didn't ask us if it was okay to fix, and fixed it anyway. Received invoice following. I had several other plumbers prepared to come and give a quote, and would've appreciated being checked with before cracking on.

Booked a boiler service, it got pushed back a couple of weeks due to emergencies which is fine, was told it would take place between 3 and 5 on the day. I got a call at 8:30 from the plumbers to say they were at my property, so clearly a mix up happened there. Luckily I work a short walk from my property so no issue. Boiler service was quick and easy, both plumbers nice and helpful. Thank you
