  Stairlift service and repair

  Ryan arrived promptly at the time promised, and listened carefully to the symptoms we had been experiencing with the stairlift. He spent some time investigating and explaining as he went along. Found lots of problems our previous company had either ignored or overlooked. Suggested, without any pressure, possible additional work to improve reliability, and promised a quotation. He ensured everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Charge for the work was very reasonable. An exemple of how maintenance companies ought to be but, sadly, rarely are. 10/10.

  What makes Ryan and Hearts Stairlifts so good, is that there was a problem. I was told about it and a solution put in place in s a very timely manner. Sorting issues properly is the mark of a good company. Highly recommended. Thanks Ryan.

  Stair lift fitted

  Ryan recently fitted a stairlift to mums home, enabling us as a family to keep her in a familiar environment for as long as possible. His professionalism,from the initial survey then installation has been excellent. There was no hard sell or sakes pitch’ just an honest affordable price.We were not kept waiting and he made it all very straightforward.   Emergency stairlift repair

  My mother in laws stairlift had ground to a halt halfway up the stairs and making a strange noise, I immediately did a search and found Herts Stairlifts and gave them a call. Ryan came to the rescue literally 2hrs after I called. He was friendly and professional and explained the problem and was able to fix it there and then with a new battery. Such a relief. Would definitely recommend.
