Another great job by Ben and his team. This time they built partition walls, added insulation and installed a new radiator in a bedroom we had tried and failed to make warm previously with new windows and heating, but Ben’s work has finally done the trick. Really appreciate that they squeezed us in between jobs, the workmanship was to a high standard, they were friendly and professional, and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend and we will continue using them for jobs around the house.

Ben treated some bespoke under stairs cupboards for us and they are fantastic!

Ben and his team completed a recent garage conversion for us, and we had a great overall experience. We're really pleased with the quality of the work, and there was complete transparency with cost - the quote agreed upfront was the amount paid, no hidden extra's. I was particularly impressed with how if I or Ben were not 100% happy with something at any point they would change it without question. They want to make sure its right, which is great to see. Would highly recommend.

Ben and Rob did some building work, put in a media wall and fit some new doors for us and did a great job, everything was finished to a very high standard. We were really pleased with their work. They were also a friendly and fun presence in the house and were happy to work around our availability so planned work for when someone was home. I also appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of the day and how transparent Ben was about costs and payments. We would definitely recommend Ben and Herts Ideal Homes and will continue to use them for other jobs around the house.
