100% would recommend! Paul was very nice and knowledgable on the features of the door work and how he has taken measures to prevent draft or insulation loss. I think he was very considerate all throughout - checking before removing old unused cables around the door frame, he cleaned up throughout to make sure no bits affected the seals, providing his experience when placing our handle bars. He spent longer than he planned to fit our door because he was really ensuring the job was done right which is so refreshing to see in tradespeople

Every aspect of the service was a pleasure. Paul and Emma communicated clearly and frequently, the work was done on the time committed and they even worked around our holidays with the scheduling of the installation. A professional and high quality job!

We were extremely pleased with the service. Hertfordshire door Limited were responsive and helpful from the get go. This was a conversion flat from a very old community hall, so a team was sent to make sure of the measurements etc. We were kept updated of the progress until the end. He did a lovely job at a very reasonable price, far less than a larger local company. The windows are good quality and he did a great job of replacing a very ugly door door sill with a neat threshold which has made me very happy! He was reliable, punctual, kept the work site very clean and tidy and I cannot fault his work. The lady who dealt with all the admin was also very helpful, efficient and quick to respond. I have no hesitation in recommending them and only wish I’d heard about them before we replaced our front door last year.

Jo was very helpful from start to finish, helping us with all our queries and getting back to us promptly each time. Their fitter Richard did a great job installing the door and windows with little touching up needed around them. The door itself is great quality, very happy with it and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
