We have used Rob - and Hertford Plumbers - on many occasions in the past. We had an old central heating programmer that had been in use since the year dot, and only allowed one series of timings which was not suitable for the current time. Rob replaced this with a new Hive system, as this allows multiple timings, and also used a blanking plate to cover the area where the previous programmer was located. Even assisted with setting up the timings and the App installation.

Both Rob and John were very knowledgable on all aspects of the bathroom renovation. They gave great advice, talked us through the process as they worked and were great at communicating when and on what they would work and at what stage they were with the job.
