Annual boiler service booked and completed with minimum effort on day that suited me. Always a pleasure to deal with Hertford Plumbers.

We have used Rob - and Hertford Plumbers - on many occasions in the past. We had an old central heating programmer that had been in use since the year dot, and only allowed one series of timings which was not suitable for the current time. Rob replaced this with a new Hive system, as this allows multiple timings, and also used a blanking plate to cover the area where the previous programmer was located. Even assisted with setting up the timings and the App installation.

Both Rob and John were very knowledgable on all aspects of the bathroom renovation. They gave great advice, talked us through the process as they worked and were great at communicating when and on what they would work and at what stage they were with the job.

We’ve been using Hertford Plumbers for quite a few years now to service our boiler and central heating system, and most recently to deal with a troublesome toilet. The work is always undertaken by Mark in a timely way, is to a high standard, the charges are reasonable and communication with both Mark and John is excellent. No job is too big or too small, and always done with positivity and promptness. Highly recommended!
