Great communication, managed to slot the work in at fairly short notice prior to house purchase, punctual & knowledgeable.

Jamie was efficient, well priced, and incredibly helpful in offering solutions to the 1 issue that came up while he was doing his tests for an EICR. (Fitted the fix at a reasonable price there and then) Very easy to talk to and understand, I'll reach out to Herolec again next time I need an electrician!

Jamie was utterly fantastic. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations and completed the job within expected timeframe. We called Jamie to help in an emergency situation. He didn’t hesitate to come out to us late into the evening and make our home safe. He then promptly returned the following day with the parts we needed and got us back on without a problem. We went from dangerous situation to all sorted in less than 24 hours. Jamie replied to us almost immediately and the appointment was arranged and attended with punctuality. All dealings were handled extremely efficiently, and the work was carried out with minimum disruption to the tenant.
