  Great service. Herne Bay Domestics came out to see if our washing machine could be repaired. Unfortunately it could not but they were able to supply and fit a new machine very promptly, and removed the old one for recycling. Professional service, great communication. Many thanks

  quick, friendly but not did not declare limitations when booking

  easy to book, quick date and turned up on time.. very pleasant chap, who diagnosed multiple problems which were not feasible to repair. my only complaint is they did not declare they do not repair compressors, pipe or even re-gas fridges, which really should have been made clear before the booking. if a repair was feasible, I would have had to go to another company and pay again for a call out.
